Summary:
We all know that the whole Middle East (including Israel) was effected by the Holocaust. It was a massive genocide lead by Adolf Hitler. They were attempting to liquidate all Jews. And many of those jews lived in Israel. This article tells us that,"The infamous sign above Nazi death camp entrance was cut into three pieces when stolen by five Poles and a Swede two years ago." And now today, they have gotten it back and it is now repaired.
"The iron sign was unveiled Wednesday in the laboratory of the camp museum. Repairs to the sign, which measures 16 feet across and means 'Work makes you free,' took several months." It was stolen on December 18, 2009 an recovered 72 hours later. The main men leading out this task were former parts a National Socialist Front party in Sweden. Being Swedish and Polish, they did not like the idea of that remarkable sign hanging up over a decade after the mast genocide.

Summary:
The girls' religious school are partially or fully funde by the state. They held a nationwide examination of, the Ashkenazi- haredi Independent Educational System and the Beit Yaakov schools in Israel. They also held inspections in the cities of Jerusalem, Bnei Brak, Beit Shemesh and Modi’in Illit. It was a recurring claims of a lack of fairness in accepting girls from different ethnic backgrounds.
The report found that the number of supervisors was far below the ministry’s own standards. In addition to that, they also found that
every recognized-but-unofficial state girls’ school has a regulation code, which entails the appropriate behavior, dress code, ecetera. They all have regulations that the Education Ministry had inspected. Some of these regulations include, "prohibiting the acceptance only of girls whose mothers were graduates of Beit Yaakov and whose fathers of “the holy yeshivot”; to delete the passages detailing the parents’ dress code; and to remove prohibitions, such as that the girls may not attend their friends’ birthday parties."

The Palestinians in Syria, Lebanon, Gaza and the occupied Palestinian enclaves of the West Bank approached Israeli gun positions on Sunday without arms of their own. If some teenagers threw rocks, a protest leader said, they had apparently failed to attend the workshops on nonviolence the organizers had arranged in what they call a new paradigm for the conflict. The aim, which appears to be building support, aims to recast the Palestinian-Israeli conflict on the same terms that brought down dictatorships in Egypt and Tunisia."

Summary: An Israeli couple named their baby daughter "Like" after the worldwide known social-networking site Facebook. "If once people gave Biblical names and that was the icon, then today this is one of the most famous icons in the world,", the baby's parents said.
Their friends could not believe the name. But it wasn't a huge surprise considering their other two childrens names are Pie and Dvash... According to the parents of the child, Like, is a testament of success for Facebook's Like Button. But this is, to the reporter's knowledge, the first baby named after the Like button. But it also states, that "Facebook" is a name already taken... Which means, there's a Facebook baby and a Like baby! Wow... People. Really?

Summary:
The grandfather of, and the mother of, a 4 year old little girl were convicted of her murder. She was found in a suitcase, dead. The grandfather was convicted of the murde but te mother was convicted of soliciting. In September of 2008, the little girl was found in a suitcase, in the Yarkon RIver in Tel Aviv. The police official say it had been there for weeks before it was discovered.
He admitted to killing his granddaughter.Saying he,"Finished her off" before throwing her in the Yarkon River. The child's mother denied any part in the disappearance of her daughter. She told police she thoughther her husband had sent the child to an institution in France. But police, said they had a telephone conversation that shows she knew the child's fate.
